From Putnam Bridge take Rt. 2 East to Griswold St. Exit. At the end of exit take a right to the first light (Main St.). Take a right at the light. We are the fifth building on the right.

From Rt. 2 East take the Griswold St. exit. At the end of the exit take a right to the first light (Main St.). Take a right at the light. We are the fifth building on the right.

From Rt. 2 West take Rt. 3 exit to Main St., Glastonbury. At the end of the exit take a right onto Main St.

Billing:

We participate with most insurance companies and offer family wellness plans. We will submit claims to most insurance companies on your behalf. If you have any questions, our financial coordinator will be happy to help you.

Scheduling:
We will be happy to provide you with friendly assistance in scheduling appointments to best suit your needs.
