Upon entering our office, our receptionist will welcome you as a member of our family. She will request that you complete our new patient forms. This paperwork provides us with your health history and information regarding your current state of health.
Next, you will have a consultation to discuss your health-related problems or concerns. This initial visit is designed for our team to learn more about you, your condition and expectations so that we can determine how to best meet your goals.
After your consultation, we will perform a complete chiropractic evaluation. This includes postural assessment, gait analysis, spinal range of motion, flexibility, and orthopedic and neurological testing. Depending on your specific condition, we may take X-rays. Our facility offers digital X-rays, which alert us of any serious spinal conditions and help us develop the most effective treatment plan for you.
Report of Findings
After reviewing your health history, goals, and results of your evaluation, the doctors will determine if chiropractic care is an option for you. The doctors will go over your x-rays with you and explain what they show. Most people are interested to see their X-rays up close and learn about the importance of spinal health and its relationship to overall well-being. We will discuss our recommendations with you, give you a detailed report of all findings, and answer any questions including:
- -How will chiropractic care help me?
- -How often do I need to come for treatment?
- -What is the cost of care?
