Dr. Patrick J. DeFrancesco
Dr. Patrick DeFrancesco has been setting the highest standards in chiropractic for over 25 years. He earned his Bachelor’s of Science degree from the University of Miami. He continued his education at Palmer College of Chiropractic and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Doctorate of Chiropractic Degree.
Dr. DeFrancesco opened his practice in 1992 with a primary goal to educate the citizens of Glastonbury and surrounding communities about the value and benefits of chiropractic care. He has focused his life and practice on the importance of healthy living.
A healthy spine and nervous system, proper exercise combined with an appropriate diet leads to a healthy, happy and well-adjusted life.
Dr. DeFrancesco is passionate about continuing education and being current in the latest chiropractic advances.
Dr. DeFrancesco enjoys volunteering his time to help benefit local charities such as the annual “Toys for Care” event to collect holiday gifts for WTIC’s Gary Craig’s We Are The Children Party. He is an active member of the International Chiropractic Association, The Connecticut Chiropractic Association, The Connecticut Chiropractic Council, The Glastonbury Chamber of Commerce. He has served on the board for the Glastonbury Wellness Committee and was a 20-year member of the Glastonbury Rotary Club.
He lives in Glastonbury with his wife Katherine and two children Joseph and Giana.

Dr. DeFrancesco is a dedicated Doctor of Chiropractic, as evidenced by the completion of several hundred hours of continuing education seminars and numerous achievement awards over the years. Dr. DeFrancesco takes a comprehensive look at the “whole” person, not just his or her aches and pains. He helps his patients understand how their bodies work and shows them how to establish pain free existence. Chiropractors are not healers – they are catalysts for the innate healing powers within each and every individual.
Dr. Elisa LaFavor
Dr. Elisa LaFavor earned her Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Maine in Orono, Maine and went on to receive her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic.
In 2010, Dr. LaFavor began her career in Florida, with a primary goal to improve the level of overall wellness to her patients, utilizing routine chiropractic care, nutrition and functional exercise.
She is dedicated to providing top quality care and truly listening to patient’s concerns. She is passionate about continuing education and keeping current with the latest advances in her field.
Dr. LaFavor enjoys volunteering in her local community and spending time outdoors. She enjoys running, cycling, skiing, scuba diving, hunting and fishing. She recently relocated from Florida to Connecticut with her husband Michael and her two retired racing greyhounds.
Dr. Keith G. Wade
Dr. Wade provides the very best chiropractic care to all his patients across New England, including NYC, Boston and his home state of Connecticut. He stays current with advances in modern techniques, as well as corrective exercises. Dr. Wade’s focus includes gentle family care, wellness care and sports rehabilitation. His advanced training in sports medicine includes certification in Active Release Technique.
A Connecticut native, Dr. Wade grew up in Woodbury. After a severe concussion injury during a sports event and recurring migraine headaches, he was led to recovery through chiropractic care. He attended Messiah College to earn his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He continued his education to earn a Master’s in Health Management from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA and completed his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic in CT.
Dr. Wade is dedicated to providing the highest level of chiropractic care to patients in the CT area and helping serve his Glastonbury community. He has volunteered with Chamber of Commerce, BNI and Rotary events and enjoys giving free aid at race and sports events, such as the NYC Marathon.
He strives to teach the importance of taking health into your own hands and learning as much as you can to improve the natural process of healing through optimal diet, exercise, sleep and lifestyle.
Dr. Wade resides currently in Ellington, CT with his wife Katherine and their new son Kolton.
