1. Swimming

Although swimming is a full body workout, the buoyancy of water supports your weight so less impact is placed on the joints. Swimming can increase range of motion, cardiovascular endurance, ease existing body pain and strengthen muscles.

2. Yoga

A popular practice to connect the body and mind, yoga has been around for over 5,000 years! Yoga poses can relieve stiff muscles and back tension, a common reason for seeing a chiropractor.
